We have been recognized as the most on-time airline in Latin America for eight (8) consecutive years and the world's most on-time airline in 2019 by OAG. This positions us as the only airline in the world to lead a region for so many years in a row.

Copa Airlines opened its newest Copa Club lounge in the recently inaugurated Terminal 2, in Tocumen International Airport, Panama. The concept of the new Copa Club is inspired by a Latin American hacienda, combining the culture and history of Panama.

With a capacity for up to 420 people, this space offers working and resting areas that allow our PreferMember, Business Class, and Star Alliance Gold passengers to have access to all the amenities they would find at home and the office.

The new Terminal 2 of the Tocumen International Airport is an important component to continue strengthening the competitiveness of the Hub of the Americas®, one of the most important connection centers in the region, from where our Copa Airlines passengers can connect with more than 80 cities in 33 countries in North, Central and South America.

The new T2 has a wide and modern infrastructure with 38 Copa Airlines passenger and baggage check-in counters and 22 self-service kiosks distributed in a comfortable space of more than 16,000 square feet to facilitate the check-in process.
